Terms of Service

Effective 2026. These terms govern your access to PasswordParlor services, information products, and physical goods available at passwordparlor.pro.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any offering on PasswordParlor, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Training Services

Password safety instruction sessions and coaching (collectively “Training Services”) are delivered either in person or online according to the schedule you select at registration.

2.1 Refunds for Training Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 14 business days. Fees are not refundable for requests made fewer than 7 days before a session due to resource commitments.

2.2 Transfers for Training Services

You may request to shift your enrollment to a later session if your request reaches us at least 5 days before the original date. Transfer requests made fewer than 5 days before may incur an adjustment fee based on availability.

3. Information Products

Digital courses, video tutorials, and downloadables (collectively “Info Products”) are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3.1 Access Terms

Access is granted immediately after purchase. Licenses are intended for single-user use and may not be distributed to others.

3.2 Refunds for Info Products

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no materials have been downloaded or accessed. After any access, no refund is granted due to the digital nature of the content.

3.3 Transfers for Info Products

Within the same 14-day period, and provided no materials have been accessed, you may transfer access to another individual by contacting our support team.

4. Physical Goods

Branded accessories and printed manuals (collectively “Goods”) are shipped from our main facility.

4.1 Warranty and Defect Replacements

If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement at no extra cost.

4.2 Refunds for Goods

Unused goods in their original packaging qualify for a refund if your request is received within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after 14 days cannot be accepted due to logistical constraints.

5. General Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued using the original purchase method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for payment processes.
